All blinged, rhinestone, custom footwear, and accessory items are handmade and made-to-order. Due to the custom nature of our designs, all purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or holds. Full payment is required prior to production.

Rhinestones, embellishments, patches, pearls, and specialty materials are securely applied; however, normal wear and tear may occur over time. Proper care is required. Avoid excessive moisture, heat, or rough handling. Good Faith Creations, LLC is not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including improper wear or storage.

Color tones, stone placement, and design details may vary slightly due to the handmade process and material availability. Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume or supply availability.

Once design details are approved and production begins, additional changes may result in additional fees.
