All items are handmade and/or custom-designed. Processing times vary depending on the item and order volume.

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Custom orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified if delays occur.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS or another trusted carrier. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
